vs1 Father, I choose to rejoice in You today!
vs2 I am not intimidated or fearful of the evil workings and demonic dogs assigned to mutilate my hope, my faith my blessings, my calling and my destiny.
vs3 I renounce all boasting and reliance on myself and the works of my flesh. As your Holy Spirit enables me, I choose to worship You alone and to boast only in your Son, Jesus Christ!
vs4-6 The biggest tendency I face is trusting in my credentials, believing that through my education, talent, experiences and the good opinions of others I can somehow please You. But Lord help me to depend more on your Grace and Mercy
vs7 Today, I declare that what was gain to me I count as loss for Christ I place no confidence in them, my trust is in you and not what I possess.
vs8 Like a desperate man on a sinking ship, I am willing to cast overboard all that is an impediment that I may enjoy the priceless privilege of knowing Christ Jesus, Your Son, as my Lord.
vs9 I desire to be found in Christ, validated by His righteousness alone, the righteousness You graciously give to those who believe.
vs10 I long to know Christ more intimately each day and experience His resurrection power in my life. Therefore, I embrace suffering and "death to self" as the doorway to this resurrection power.
vs11 This is the life I seek In Jesus' name, Amen.

Praise God for the gift of salvation and your faith in Christ. Thank Him for the Hope that is LAID UP FOR YOU (v 3-6).

Declare that the fruit of your hope will come to you and remain among you according to God’s word (v 3-6).

Pray for a greater apprehension of grace and faith in Christ (vs. 6-8)

Pray for knowledge of God's personal will for Your life (v 9)

Pray for holy and worthy living, fruitfulness in every work, increasing in knowledge (v 10)

Pray that you will be strengthened with all might according to his power (vs 11)

Pray for patience and endurance whilst you wait for his promises to be manifest in your life (vs 11)

Praise Him for the opportunity God has given to serve Him and to be a partaker of His inheritance (v 12)
